{last days of summer}

Lately I have been thinking about all of the things that I have wanted to do that I have not done in my life, as of yet anyway.  So for the first step, I began to write down all of the things that I have wanted to do, my bucket list.  Remember, I have talked about (the swimsuit calendar) but there is still so much more that I want to complete. . . . . before I die that is :).

One of the things that I have written on my “to do bucket list” is to tube down the Provo River.  It took a bit of convincing the hubby, but we went and I had a lot of fun.  The only problem was that we all had a massive rug burn on our arms from the tubes.  Just a note for anyone who wants to do this, wear a long sleeve shirt or just be really careful.

{brady & brittany}

Meet my cute little nephew Brady.  I say “little” because in my mind he will always be my “cute little nephew” although is grown up and bigger than me now.  He meet this beautiful girl named Brittany and my family could not be happier!

She is planning a vintage themed wedding so we decided to incorporate that into the engagement pictures.  She gave me a lot of creative freedom so I came up with the concept of “love letters” and absolutely loved it!

After we were done with pictures in the mountains, we raced the sun to get to the lake and just barley made it to get one of my favorite pictures.  Ohhhhhhh yes!

Then we decided to practice for the wedding day :)

Last but not least, on another day, we went met up in the factory to get a few more shots.  Her laugh is soooo cute.  Thanks Brady & Brittney, I had so much fun!

{family play time}

The Mattson family went to Boondocks for a company outing.  Although the weather began to act up and rain a bit, we were still able to play and race the go-carts.  Since the pink go-cart was the fastest the race would begin at the gate as we would all run to be the first to get to the pink go-cart.

Yes, me with my camera.  Since I have my new iphone, I’ve been using this for our family snap shots because it is so much easier to carry around.  I downloaded a new app called shakeitphoto and I’m loving it!
